Think about it per unit per year, to try and figure out your basis! There are many ways to keep down costs and make sure you learn how to analyze properties to make the best out of them!

If you are solely looking at the income side of the property you are missing half the battle in terms of increasing your property ! Make sure to focus on both sides of the P & L and you will find some real gems in adding value to your property!
